How do I place a new order?

Upload your patient's imaging files and order splints, reports, models, surgical guides and more all on one site. Just click on the Products link in the upper right corner of the screen to get started.

Ordering products from MirrorMe3D is easy whether you have created a case and already uploaded your patient's imaging files or not. Both options are discussed below:

If you do not have an account with MirrorMe3D, you can reach out to us for a customer id request form which will give you access.

We offer a choice of individual products or kits, including:

If you already have your patient's files uploaded in a case

If you have already created an account and have uploaded your patient's imaging files, it is super easy to link an order to the patient's case. Just identify the case for which the products will be used and choose which MirrorMe3D products you would like to order for your patients.

Example: Say you want to want a treatment planning session with MirrorMe3D's Designers, a documentary report and a set of rhinoplasty models that show both the baseline and the treatment plan goal.

To get started, click the Start Order on the left side of the screen.

Step 1: Initiate the Order

The Start Order button will open a screen that shows your recent cases. Pick a case to connect that patient's imaging to the order.

Step 2: Select the case if your data is already uploaded

After the patient's case has been identified, then it is time to select the products for your order. To order the kit that includes a treatment planning session with a MirrorMe3D's Biomedical Engineer, a documentary report and a set of rhinoplasty models, simply click on the plus icon below the Face Kit + Model kit to select those products.

Step 3: Add products to your order

Now you are ready to submit the order.

Step 4: Submit Order

The final step is to check your order to confirm the details and the shipping address to ensure an on-time delivery.  

You are all done!

After submitting your order, we will contact you to confirm your order and to schedule a treatment planning session with our biomedical engineers.

How to Order without a Patient Case

If you have not already uploaded your patient's imaging or created a case, it is still easy to order products and upload your patient's imaging. Just use the Products link in the upper right corner of the screen.

Begin by clicking on the Start Order link.

Step 1: Initiate the Order

Instead of identifying the patient case, you can upload the imaging files directly to the order by clicking Start Here on the left side of the screen.  

Step 2: Click on the Start Here link to initiate the upload of your patient's imaging files

Then fill in some some basic information to identify your patient.

This will send you to the next step - uploading the patient's imaging files. Files should be uploaded as a group (.obj + .mtl + .jpg/.png).

  1. Provide a title or a name for each file - we suggest using the patient initials and/or the surgery date
  2. Identify the file type. MirrorMe3D needs at least a .obj + .mtl + either .jpg or .png texture files. If you need any help understanding the correct files for uploading please do not hesitate to contact us.
  3. Upload the imaging files from your computer.

Step 3: Upload Patient Imaging Files

Unless you have more imaging files to upload, then it is time to select the products for your order. To order the kit that includes a treatment planning session with MirrorMe3D's Biomedical Engineers, a documentary report and a set of rhinoplasty models, simply click on the plus icon below the Face Kit + Model to select those products.

Step 4: Add products to your order  

Now you are ready to submit the order.

Final Step: Submit your order

The final step is to check your order to confirm the details and the shipping address to ensure an on-time delivery.  

You are all done!
