I'm a patient. How can I view my case?

MirrorMe makes it easy to connect with your Doctor and your case directly so that you can share important images and scans. Using the MirrorMe platform is a secure alternative to email or texting and it keeps all of your personal photos and scans organized.

On the platform:

Log in to your account and navigate to the Home page.
In the top left side of the screen, select the All Cases icon.

If your Doctor has invited you to view your case on the platform, the case will appear on the list of Cases.
If more than one case is listed, click on the eye icon to the far right to preview the images in the case.
To open the case, click on the folder icon to the far right.

The Case will open to the Case Details view where you can upload photos in jpg, png, gif or pdf format if you want to share images with your Doctor.
To view all the images uploaded or shared with you by your doctor, click on the 3D Viewer link.

To view any annotations or notes that have been shared by your doctor, select the Comment icon.

Clicking on the ? icon will show instructions on how to use your mouse to zoom, pan or rotate images.
